Getting Started with Match15

22 Sep 2026

New to Match15? This guide covers the basics, from creating your account and finding a game to purchasing your first cards and following the action.

Create your Match15 account

Before you can start playing, you'll need to create a Match15 account.

You must be aged 18 or over and meet our eligibility requirements. You're only permitted to have one Match15 account, and the information you provide when registering must be accurate and kept up to date.

Verifying your account

When you register, we'll carry out a check to verify your age. In some cases, we may need additional information or documents from you to complete verification.

We may also carry out further identity or verification checks when required to meet our regulatory obligations.

Adding money to your account

Once your age has been verified, you can add money to your Match15 account using a debit card. Credit cards aren't accepted.

The standard minimum deposit is £5, although individual promotions may require a different qualifying amount. Match15 doesn't charge a fee for making a deposit or withdrawal.

If you're eligible for a promotion such as our Welcome Offer, make sure you check the individual promotion terms before taking part.

Finding a game

The Games page is your Match15 home page and is where you'll find the games currently available to play.

You can browse between different types of Match15 games, search for a particular team or league, or use the available filters and sorting options to help find what you're looking for.

Some games follow football live as it happens, while others let you jump into previous football action. Each game works differently, so check the Game Guide/How It Works information if you want to understand the specific rules before playing.

Getting your cards

Once you've found a game you want to play, select it to head to the purchase screen.

You'll be shown information including the game, current prize pot and the cost of your cards. Choose how many cards you'd like and confirm your purchase. Most games allow you to purchase up to 10 cards per game, although this can vary.

You may also occasionally find special offers available on selected games. Any applicable offer will be displayed when you're choosing your cards.

Your cards are randomly assigned, so you won't choose the individual events that appear on them.

Where can I find my cards?

Once you've entered a game, you'll find it under My Cards.

This area is split into Purchased, In Play and Complete, making it easy to find games you've entered before, during and after they've taken place.

Select a game to see the individual cards you own for it. On certain games, you may also have access to Nudges, which allow you to change particular events on your card. Nudges aren't available on every Match15 game, so you'll see the option when they're part of the game you're playing.

Following a game

Once your game gets underway, Match15 follows the relevant football action using near real-time sports data feeds.

As relevant events happen, you'll see them reflected on your cards. You can also follow the game's event feed, which displays goals or other events relevant to the game you're playing.

Exactly what you're looking out for depends on the game. Some Match15 games are based around individual match events, while others use teams, goals or different scoring systems. Check the individual Game Guide for a full explanation of how the game you're playing works.

What happens if I win?

You don't need to claim your winnings.

If you complete a winning line, Full House or another winning condition for the game you're playing, you'll be able to see this within the game. Where applicable, completed winning sections of your card will turn gold and you'll see the amount you've won.

You'll also receive a notification letting you know you've won.

Your winnings are then automatically credited to your Actual Balance, where they are available as withdrawable cash.

Withdrawing your winnings

When you're ready to withdraw, you can do so through your Match15 account.

Unless you're closing your account, the minimum withdrawal is £5. Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible but may take 3–5 working days to reach your bank account.
